The Fairview Corral Barn offers a full catering menu. Our professional culinary and administrative staff coordinates and oversees all aspects of our catering services. Our services include:
Full service attendants are included for all Dinner Bell Buffets and Lone Star Cookouts. Your attendants will start set-up 1.5 hours before your event and serve for 1 to 1.5 hours after your event start time. Attendants clean the catering area and leave.
Additional serving time is $25/hour for each attendant
All Full Service Menus include black styrofoam plates, dinnerware, napkins, cups and ice.
All Catering Packages are priced to include: Black syrofoam plates, meal-kits (fork, knife, spoon, and napkin), and foam cups for the food/beverage items we provide.
The Following Upgrades are available for an additional price per person:
Upgraded Disposable Package - $2.00 per person Includes clear plastic plates, clear plastic dinnerware rolled in napkin and tied with ribbon or raffia, and clear plastic cups. (Colored plastic plates are also available)
Upgrade to China/Dinnerware - $4.00 per person * Includes white china dinner plate, iced tea glasses, stainless dinnerware rolled in white linen napkin. * Blue speckled western enamel ware plates, iced tea glasses, stainless dinnerware rolled in bandana and tied with raffia. Additional bussing service is required for this upgrade.
