Q:  Can we bring in our own alcohol?
    A:  Plano requires a liquor license for a private club permit.   Consequently, individuals are prohibited to bring in their own alcohol. 

Q:  What does the $250.00 rental deposit cover?
    A:   If there is any damage to the facility , for example broken windows, torn or burned tablecloths, broken tables, slashed upholstery, etc., the cost of the damage will be taken from this deposit. If there is no damage, the keys are returned, and all outstanding balances are paid, the rental deposit will be refunded to the client.   

Q:  Can I bring in my own caterer?
    A:  Yes, however, you will be responsible for payment, set-up and all arrangements made with them.     

Q:  How do I secure a date?
    A:  The rental deposit, one-half of the facility fee and a signed contract secures a date on our calendar.   

Q:  How many can your facility seat?
    A:  Our inside facility seats 350 with extra seating outside if weather permits.   

Q:  How early can I get in to decorate?
    A:  We always provide a two hour gap between parties.  If there is not a party before yours, however, you may decorate any time that day.   

Q:  What does the facility fee include?
    A:  The rental of the Corral Barn, tables, chairs, tablecloths, microphone, air-conditioning or heating for the length of the party, and carts are included in the facility fee. Any set-up outside is an added cost.   

Q:  Do you have in-house DJs?
    A:  No, but we have a list of DJs we recommend.   

Q:  How do I find out if my date is available?
    A:  Call us at 972-422-2500 or fill out our Availability Form.        

Q:  How do I get to the Fairview Corral Barn?
    A:  We are located at North Central Expressway and Parker Road (exit 30).  We are behind Mario's Chiquita Restaurant right off the east service road.  For a map go to Location.   

Q:  How late am I able to rent the Corral Barn?
    A:  Sunday through Friday you may rent it until 12:00 midnight and on Saturday you may rent it until 1:00 AM. If you choose to have a cash bar, the event will be required to end at the time the bar is closed.

Q:  Will you have staff available on the day of my party?
    A:  Staff will only be available for emergencies during the day of your party.  You will be responsible for letting anyone in that you've booked, for example, the caterer, florist, baker, DJ, etc.  However, if Fairview Farms has booked the caterer or entertainment, we will be responsible for letting them in at the designated time.   

Q: Do you require security officers?
    A: Fairview Farms requires security for all wedding receptions and company parties with alcohol, parties that have a majority of minors and/or young adults in attendance, and any party under the discretion of management.
